What is CLEON?

CLEON is a personal life-dashboard application operated by Sean Brassington for private, household use only. It is not offered as a public service.

Data We Access

CLEON connects to Google APIs (Gmail, Google Calendar) solely to display information to authorised household members. Specifically:

• Gmail — read, label, and send emails on behalf of the signed-in user.
• Google Calendar — read and manage calendar events.

How Data is Used

Data retrieved from Google APIs is used only to render information within the CLEON dashboard. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. Data is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of the app.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on a private server. Email and calendar content is fetched on demand and is not permanently stored beyond short-lived caches necessary for the dashboard to function.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can revoke CLEON's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Upon revocation, all stored tokens are invalidated and no further data is accessed.

Third-Party Services

CLEON uses the following third-party services to provide its features: Google APIs, Open-Meteo (weather), and CoinGecko (cryptocurrency prices). Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.
